Dear young soda drinker,

Are you craving that soda? Well, crave no more!! Did you know that recent studies suggest that if you drink just one 20 ounce bottle of soda per day for a year you can gain an average of 25 pounds!! (1) (You see how happy our model looks in this picture). This of course only is true if you keep your same diet and routine. Which means, the more you eat and drink soda, the more you will gain weight! So, if you are not afraid of: diabetes, heart diseases, high blood pressure, cancer, sleep apnea, and liver disease (2) - then keep on drinking that soda.

Best of all, if you keep on drinking that soda - you may win some cool prizes and make our soda companies rich. It's good for the economy!
