It Takes Guts to Fight Obesity
The word "health" is associated with many different things. When you think of health, what usually comes to mind? To most people it is eating salads, fruits, vegetables, and exercising daily. Healthy could mean "staying in shape" or "being thin" or not eating anything except what is considered low/no-calorie foods and doing everything a doctor may require for someone to "live a better life". Well depending on the person, health could be all these things or none of these. It should be something we are comfortable with. Health is an emotional and/or physical level of wellness.

The point is that the actual definition of health should not matter because health is what you want and make it to be.
