It Takes Guts to Fight Obesity

It is hard for teens to get in exercise, especially when we are stressed out about AP testing or testing in general. But summer is almost here and it is a perfect opportunity to get some physical activity in. I recommend swimming. It is a great way to get in exercise and work out all the muscles in your body. That is why they have water aerobics you know, because you work out better in the water. Its easy to go swimming, even if you don't have a pool. Community centers usually have pools and it doesn't cost a lot either. :)
