sweet and healthy? no way jose!

Today I was craving something sweet and healthy. Wait... did I just say sweet and healthy in the same sentence?
Is that even possible? Why yes it is possible! It's FROZEN YOGURT! I must admitt at first when I heard frozen yogurt I thought of the regular yogurt and thought it was disgusting. I'm not a big fan of regular yogurt as it is so why would I like frozen yogurt? I stepped into my first frozen yogurt place (yogurtland) and just saw what looked like ice cream machines to me. I told the lady at the counter it was my first time here and she handed me little cups to sample the different flavors. I then headed over to the yogurt machines and went right for the chocolate flavor, boy oh boy it was delicious! Then I tried the strawberry and it was delicious too! Before I knew it I had tried every flavor from vanilla all the way to mango, they even had a cheesecake one! I finally decided to stick to the vanilla and mango. I filled my cup then headed over to the toppings bar. At the bar they had different types of toppings. They had strawberries, coconut, bananas, mangos, cocopuffs, m&m's, etc. I filled my cup with all my favorite fruits until my cup was full. I then went up to pay and it cost me 4 bucks! Apparently its 45 cents an ounce! Not only is frozen yogurt delicious and healthy, frozen yogurt is also cheap. In some frozen yogurt places they even have little cards that they stamp and once you have reached your 5th frozen yogurt you get 50% off. Is that amazing or is that amazing? You can find frozen yogurt in just about any city (even in baldwin park). After I finished my frozen yogurt I also noticed I did not feel bloated like I do when I have icecream which made me feel good about what I ate.
