girls in 11th and 12th grade

From Sierra Vista High School and Baldwin Park High School

The goal for the free ACT College Readiness Prep Program is to help
Hispanic females in the 11th and 12th grade reach the scores required
to be ready for college on the official ACT test in math, science,
English, and reading. Students will be introduced to diversified
majors and career opportunities in science, math, and technology
fields. Leadership and empowerment will be taught adjoining the ACT
program, skills needed to succeed in college, in a career, and in
life. These girls will become mentors and role models for other peers
in their community.

The interviews are taking place:

Friday, July 16 - 10 am- 6 pm
Monday, July 19 -11:30 am - 4 pm
Tuesday, July 20 - 9 am - 2 pm
Wednesday, July 28 - 10-3 pm
Thursday, July 29 - 10 am - 5 pm
Friday, July 30 - 10 am -?
Wednesday, August 4 - after 12 pm
Thursday, August 5 - 10 am - 2pm
Friday, August 6 (LAST DAY) - - 10 am - 4 pm
Friday, August 13 - Testing Day - Students accepted into the program
need to take the first pre-test. This is mandatory.
