It Takes Guts to Fight Obesity

I need advice!! I am getting too busy to be healthy!

Although I work all day on a project which helps to promote healthy eating and physical activity, it’s really hard to find time in the day to actually do it! When I get home, I have some delicious cooked food waiting for me. Even though it always tastes great, I know it is not always the best for me. After finishing dinner, I have tons of homework to do and after that, its nighttime and I am really really tired. By the time I get to rest, it's close to bedtime. Can someone help me?! How can I find more time to be active and choose healthier food?

well are you really examining that food correctly - you said its not the best-but maybe it is that it is ok-BUT the portion is too big. I eat things that I think are good, some not so much-for example I am on my way to trying to ear more oil/vinegar dressing now than in the past (better than thousand). But I also overeat and whether its good or bad too many calories in and not enough out = weight gain. Maybe we need to not get 3rds -servings of food (we'll work on 2nds next time). I was contmplating putting a small mirror in the kitchen to make me aware that I am overeating. Well, wish you the best and I hope also to make a plan and set goals to tackle the 20 lbs I gained over the last 2.8 yrs.
