It Takes Guts to Fight Obesity
Most everyone has been here or if not, in a very similar situation. Depressed and confused many of us turn to the one thing we know won't let us down, food. It's scientifically proven that the glands in our bodies secrete hormones which have positive and negative effects on us. What we felt during the relationship was like a chemical high, but now you're drowning in a sea of despair. Food, as i said before, is our number one choice, but as you all know its what you eat that counts most. However, there are some who cannot seem to get a bite in after such a rough time. In fact, its like they run from food, it doesn't give them the same effect as that hormone did. Either way though, both scenarios are bad. This one event is not the end of the world trust me. Its closing one door to open another. So for those of you that don't, eat; and those of us that do, watch what we eat. As far as I'm concerned its much better to stay occupied. In a sense, you are "not letting our left hand know what the right is doing", because you know that at any time you're resting the topic may enter your mind. But don't fret, you get will through this low point in life and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
