"Food, Inc." Makes the Short List for the Oscars!
And the Oscar Goes to...WereFedUp?
Earlier this summer, some of our founding WereFedUp members were featured in the documentary feature film "Food, Inc." , released in theaters across the country. (It's already available for rent, so check it out if you haven't already!)
Today, the Associated Press reports that the movie made the "short list" for this year's Academy Awards!!! (It even beat out Michael Moore's movie--which didn't make the list!)
Could it be that some of our WereFedUp members will ultimately become Oscar winners?!

Comment by Cynthia Rubio on December 17, 2009 at 11:17pm - YES! I was in it and its also available in netflix through live streaming. It's a really enlightening and powerful movie about the capitalism in our culture of food and where it really comes from.
