It Takes Guts to Fight Obesity
One of the recent outbreak is:
1300 americans had an outbreak of salmonella. The reason why commissioner Margaret Hamburg certainly admitted that FDA and USDA didnt have the resources to do that kind of inspection.
On July 9.2010 they had a new regulation requring egg producers with more than 3,000 hens to take measure designed to prevent the spread of salmonella.
The good thing is that the egg safety center has a complete list of recalled eggs with the expiration date and brands.
Jeff Farrar the Associated Commissioner for food safety at the Food and Drug Administration said that they will be doing routines inspections of egg farms through out the United States.
