Dr. Esparsza (5 easy alternate pain relievers) #1

Hello everyone, im just stopping by to update every one on last weeks meeting with Dr. Esparza.

Dr. Esparza was talking mainly about how to slowly eliminate harsh chemicals from our body and how to

increase our daily intake of water. She stated that there are many alternatives to using things such as tylenol

and other drugs to relieve pain. Dr. Esparza also gave a list of 5 easy ways to reduce pain:

1) Take essential fatty acids: Omega 3,6 & 9 fats.

-You can get these essential fatty acids from: Flax seed, hemp, primrose oil and fish oils.

*omega 3 oils are especially important for the heart.

2)Take your ABC's: Vitamins A, B, C and Selenium.

-These vitamins are powerful anti-oxidants and aid in building connective tissues. These vitamins also help build up the immune system and lower the bodies acid levels.

-Selenium is a free radical scavenger and aids in removing lactic acid build up.

3)Take i t E-Z: Vitamin E and Zinc

-Vitamin E is a great free radical scavenger, A blood thinner and a natural muscle relaxer.

-Taking zinc in small divided doses, up to 50mg a day, is important for tissue repair.

4)Breathing: Yes! Use your lungs!

-Breathing increases oxgen in the body, which is necessary

5)Baths Ooh sooo goood ! : Soak in Espom an Organic Apple Cider Vinegar Bath....Yummy!

-Dissolve 3 cups of Epsom salt and two cvups of apple cider vinegar in a very warm (hot) bath. Soak for 30-40 minutes to reduce pain.

That is cool, I will try that on day. Half of that stuff I forget Dr.Esparsza talked about.
