A Hole next to our school-Photo Contest

I chose this image because this is a hole with trash in it and its right next to the school.1^ST of all why would people be throwing trash in a hole & 2^nd why would there be a hole in the sidewalk if it’s a place to walk not to stumble on it & fall.Isn’t it the city’s responsibilty to clean & repair the hole,but why don’t they?Is it because of our community’s reputation or what? We still need the city to come and repair stuff here, we are equal just as a neighborhood over in beverly hills but the city treats us as their neighborhood is much more superior than ours,but why do they if we are all humans and its america. What about the constitution and its sayings about equal treatment to every person? How will it be safe to run around or walk on that sidewalk if there’s a hole?Some people like to excerise by running on the sidewalk,but how can we if there’s a hole there.Also most of the trash is food so why does it all have to do with that?Is it because its near a store,hotdog stand,or near the school where kids attend and once they get out of school they can go straight ahead to the store to eat junk food or eat hotdogs which are made of left overs of meat and are bad for you?So my question is why not pick this image if its like a disaster for the community in many ways:trash,hole which means an accident of falling,no excerise for people,and how was that hole made?
