10 EASY WAYS TO REDUCE PAIN NOW!

1 Take Essential Fatty Acids: (EFA) -Omega 3, 6 & 9 Fats. (Some fancy letters for the GOOD fats)
1000-4000 mg/day in acute stages are critical in reducing inflammation and fast recovery. Plant sources are Flax Seed, Hemp or Primrose Oil. Animal sources include Fish Oils. Good sources come in liquid or in 90 mg & 180 mg Soft gels. Take 4-5 with your meals in acute stages. Afterwards, take as recommended on the package. Omega 3 oils are also important for the heart. Keep refrigerated.
2 Take your ABC’S: Vitamins A, B, C and Selenium
Powerful antioxidants & connective-tissue building vitamins that also build up the immune system and lowers the body’s acid levels. Take no more than 10,000 IU daily of Vitamin A. Take up to 50 mg of B6, with 100 mg of Vit. C for better absorption. Or try Ester-C from 2000 to 5000 mg per meal. 500 mg of B5 is a most important anti-stress vitamin. Selenium is a free radical scavenger and aids in removing lactic acid build up. Reduce Vitamin C dosage to 1000mg/day as recovery increases.
3 Take it E-Z: (Vitamin E and Zinc)
Vitamin E is not only a great free radical scavenger but also a blood thinner and natural muscle relaxer. Take up to 400 IU/ day divided throughout the day with each meal. Zinc taken in small divided doses (up to 50 mg/ day) is important in tissue repair.
4 Breathing: Yes! Use your Lungs!
Breathing increases OXYGEN in the body. Oxygen is necessary for the CREB cycle, a process that produces energy in the body, which in turn helps in spontaneous healing. Can you see how Meditation, Tai Chi, and Chiropractic manipulations are so good for you? They all focus on breathing and increasing the body‘s ability to use oxygen to heal as it takes your MIND off pain.
5 Baths Ooh sooo gooood!: Soak in Epsom and Organic Apple Cider Vinegar Bath.... Yummy!
Dissolve 3 cups of Epsom salts & 2 cups of Apple Cider Vinegar in a very warm bath. Soaking your bones for 30-40 minutes will help to absorb the toxic build up from inflammation & reduce the pain.
6 Increase Circulation with More Water Therapy: HOT & COLD Treatments 2 times a Day!
Using a shower head, direct hot water (as much as you can take w/o burning yourself), on the area of pain, for 10 seconds, then turn off the hot and only use cold water 10 seconds. Do this hot and cold alternating for 7 cycles, or until the hot water runs out. In the morning end with Cold water. At night before bed, end with Hot. Then rub a good ointment of Comfrey root or Arnica on the area. The water treatment will help the herbs absorb deep below the skin & speed up the healing.
7 Reduce Trans and Saturated Fatty Acids: (THE BAD FATS)
That is Hydrogenated fats and saturated fats in things like margarine, corn oil, potato chips, fries... etc. They are just plain bad for your body and increase the inflammatory process: Bad FATS = PAIN!
8 Eat 5-9 servings of Fresh Fruits & Veggies: (Everyday!)
Variety is the key here. Fresh colorful foods increase alkalinity & decreases acidity in the blood and stops the inflammatory process. Go organic! Why add more toxic pesticides & dyes to your body?
9 Ice: For acute pain use every 20 minutes. 20 on/ 20 off in the1st 72 hours. Otherwise use as needed.
10 Avoid Excitotoxins! Excito... Who? Acid building chemicals that destroy living cells!
Excitotoxins! Anything with carbonation (soda), glutamates (MSG as in Doritos and flavored chips), Aspartates (Diet Sodas) & Cysteines (white bread) are some. They not only kill neurons in your brain but INCREASE the inflammatory process by increasing acidity & causing fluid retention in the cells. Fluid retention puts pressure on the pain sensors in your body! OUCH! Get rid of them immediately!!
