It Takes Guts to Fight Obesity

Walk off the food you eat. . how easy is it? in my opinion its tough to do. .

For example. If you want to walk off 4 chocolate chip cookies. . you'd have to walk 4 miles!

Also a 16oz. Fruit drink would cost you 2 miles to walk

Other foods:

1 cup of ice cream----------3 Miles

2 Glazed Doughnuts-------3 Miles

Large Fries--------------------4 Miles

1 Can of Coke----------------1 1/2 Miles

1 1/2Oz Bag of Chips------2 Miles

1 Slice Cheese Pizza------2 Miles

1 m&m candy!----------------Length Of a Football FIELD!

Running burns more calories than walking. However there are more effective ways of cardio. HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is a great alternative.
