Talking form personal experience i moved from California to Kansas about 3 months ago. Clearwater is a small town with lots of openspace. Children from the ages of 5 years old are all alone on thier bikes and in the park. But most of all obiesity levels are really low. Between the of 10-15 obiesity in boys is 15% and in girls it's 7%. Since its November and its time for the Thanksgiving holiday, I've decided to take on a new goal: To get abs of STEEL!!!! :D.
