Being Anemic Saved My Life

When I was younger since I grew up thinking I didn't need exercise I was over weight. Until last year I couldn't go a day without something really unhealthy. But last year I all of sudden got really sick and could barely eat 2 small meals a day. It got so bad I lost about 40 pounds. I went from 140 pounds to 100 pounds. I'm only 13 years old if I hadn't become anemic I would have become obese and that would have been bad. Now I'm a lot better and barely have to worry about it any more. Regular… Continue

Obesity is changing the way we live in

obesity in children is increasing over the years and causing more sicknisses. they are growing up in a body that hurts them and is doing them no good. Being overwight means that ther BMI is at or above 85% and lower than the 95th percentile. A BMI at or above the 95th
percentile for children of the same age and sex.
