Don't you just hate when people tell you what to do? Drink this and eat that!!! what i realized about Were Fed Up is that drinking water and eating daily servings of fruits will make me alot more healthier than all those taco lovers!!!!!!

Your calorie count depends on your weight, height, gender, age, and number of hours that you get exercise. Heres an example:

6 hours of exercise per week



This person should get about 2, 400 calories per day
