Ingredients: 1large mango, diced. 1 jalapeno, seeds removed, diced. 1clove of garlic, minced. 1/2 large red bell pepper, diced. 1/2 large red onion, diced. 1/2 lime, juiced. salt to taste. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Toss and chill before serving.

Hey everyone just stopping by to say great job at the training today, the food was delicious. Well depending on a person's history a diet can be either a friend or enemy. Of course there are many factors of why diets do not work for people.
