Fast foods restaurants in the ghetto and not in rich places

Why is it that there is fast food restaurants in every corner of the ghetto but in rich places it takes you about 1-5 miles just to fnd one? Is it because of the politicians wanting to kill 3/4 of the world's population of people and there is 6 billion people in the world and they want to leave 5 million left because of overpopulation?I bet that most of you didnt know that! Darrell's Tasties: Mango salsa.

Ingredients: 1large mango, diced. 1 jalapeno, seeds removed, diced. 1clove of garlic, minced. 1/2 large red bell pepper, diced. 1/2 large red onion, diced. 1/2 lime, juiced. salt to taste. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Toss and chill before serving.
