Healthy Recipe!!

My favorite recipe is super simple! Get a pound of ground beef (or more, depending on how many people you want to feed) and a sweet onion, green and red bell peppers (yellow or orange also work! or do all 4!) and a clove or two of garlic. chop all veggies in a food processor until VERY fine. then mix in by hand with the hamburger meat and make into patties! serve on whole wheat buns and add desired condiments!! Great healthy meal that tastes even better!!See More
