Good tasting foods

All my life i've been eating good tasting "junk" foods. i would eat out about everyday going to fast food restraunts, eating this eating that, but one day i said to my self "Am i really eating healthy".Dont get me wrong fast foods such as Mc Donalds, Burger King, Wendy's and such, but its not really good for you. Since then i started learning about eating healthy and how to eat healthy. So really the only question i have is how can i truly have a healthy life?See More
