EVER YEAR YOUTH COME TOGETHER IN SACRAMENTO FOR YOUTH CONVERGENCE WITH SYBOP TO BE PART OF THE LAW MAKING. I HAVE BEEN PART OF THIS FOR FOUR YEARS NOW! BUT THIS YEAR HAS BEEN ONE OF THE BEST YEARS!
