Running burns more calories than walking. However there are more effective ways of cardio. HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is a great alternative.

I'm 17 and I am a senior and I must say I'm fed up with the growing epidemic of childhood obesity. This only continues to escalate because of the lack of education we have about nutrition. Our lives have become clogged with notions that a double cheeseburger, large fries and a 32 ounce coke is a healthy meal. That needs to change A.S.A.P.

Since its November and its time for the Thanksgiving holiday, I've decided to take on a new goal: To get abs of STEEL!!!! :D. I'm 187 right now and I can see my abs somewhat but not how I would like them to be. I plan on doing this through CKD (Cyclic Ketogenic Diet). thanx for the info and comment :).. i see you live in oklahoma OK, now i dont know the prices up there or what kind of stores you have up there but here in the city i live in all healthy foods seem expensive and are expensive...its more convinient to go to lil liquor stores which are all around schools.. and most of the time their fruit arent "fresh" like they are suppose to be u feel me. but so thats the point i was trying to make with my blog.
