i think that its both safe and not safe to exercise in south la, because there is some places where it is very dangerous and something might happen to you, on the other side there is some parts in la that are somewhat safe. IF I WAS PRESEDENT... i would try 2 get more ppl involed in exercising and having fun at the same time. i would have more fundings to health programs and also add a lot more programs where ppl can go play, exercise, have fun, and relax.
