It Takes Guts to Fight Obesity

Why do I want to stop eating fast food, and stop drinking sodas?

I'm 6 feet and 3 inches tall and I only weigh 140 lbs. I'm underweight, but even still eating unhealthy has taken a major toll on my skin health. Drinking soda has caused me to have severe acne for years as well as all the greasy foods that I consume. This web site is great and I urge that obese and overweight people consider the benefits of losing weight. It may seem impossible, but you feel GREAT while you are doing it. There is nothing to lose. Except Pounds.

I am in the "almost" same position and I believe that you want to eat healthier because you either want to get rid of the acne or you just want to eat healthier because your friends eat pretty healthy.
Yes you want to eat healthy. You feel loads better when you eat natural and healthy meals. Trust me I've been there. I used to be 220 pounds, overweight and felt terrible. The day I put my diet to a microscope and I started excercising I felt great. I've lost 30 pounds and I'm still losing. If you want to gain weight you're gonna have to get your diet right. Believe it or not you might be consuming the calories that you need, But those are empty processed calories and you need good natural calories to be on target weight. Just turn the diet around, add a little bit of exercise and I guarantee you'll see a change :D.

Much love,
Matt
